Preheat your heat press and set the temperature to between 150℃ and 160℃
Prepare your blank by pre-pressing it to smooth out the surface and remove any moisture. For best results, use a lint roller beforehand to eliminate any loose fibers or debris
Place the transfer on the blank, making sure the DTF design is properly aligned and positioned where you want it. Before pressing, cover the design with a Teflon sheet or baking paper.
Press firmly using high pressure for 10–15 seconds to achieve the best transfer results.
Allow the product to cool completely before peeling, which should take about 15–30 seconds. If you notice the transfer hasn’t fully adhered, repeat the pressing step—by this time, the product should be ready for a successful transfer.
Avoid washing the garment for 24–48 hours, as the transfer continues to set into the fabric during this period.
Wash and dry inside out
Use a gentle cycle with cold water only
Air dry — do not tumble dry
Wait 24–48 hours before the first wash
Avoid harsh chemicals and do not dry clean
Use a mild or pH-neutral detergent
